I have had some members send private messages to me showing an interest because they looked at my "profile". I have taken time to respond to these messages when I received them. I feel that it is important to let others know that the profile is limited information, and can be misleading. There is a place on this site to view more information about other members, if they have chosen to share more information. To find this information one must go to "forum topics", then "general", then "who are you", and look over what others have to say about themselves.
If you are a member and have not posted anything outside what is shown in your profile, you may want to take a moment and do so. It is an excellent tool for getting to know other members and letting them get to know you.
