The twice monthly Wednesday evening gatherings being held by Jim & Elon are suspended for now, unless somebody else would like to continue with this event. Or maybe you would like to start a new event of your own... Anyway, Elon will be off island for quite some time and I've decided that in the absence of her physical presence & support that I'm taking a break.

We've met some very nice and interesting people through our Wednesday night events, a start on polyamory-friendly networking on Maui. There is, of course, polyamory networking already happening to one degree or another on Maui, but I sense there are others on the island who remain isolated and unaware of networking possibilities.

The e-mailing list Poly-on-Maui, though relatively small and not very active, is still here and yearning to grow. It's sole purpose is to facilitate awareness and communication between poly-friendly persons on Maui. I don't see it as my list, but as your list.

So please feel free to encourage others to join the Poly-on-Maui e-mailing list, or have an event or a party or something else which could help facilitate polyamory people meeting, connecting, networking...

Come this fall, Elon & I will see how we feel and perhaps try some sort of event again. Many thanks to those who did come out to join us on Wednesday nights and gave us encouragement and support.
