What is MauiBDSM?

MauiBDSM is a support and education group for people interested in learning about BDSM. MauiBDSM provides an opportunity to meet others with similar erotic interests in a safe, relaxed atmosphere. MauiBDSM is a pansexual organization; we are open to men and women of all sexual preferences (straight/gay/bisexual) and orientations (Top/switch/bottom/ transexual/transvestite). Our members range from inexperienced "newbies" who just recently joined to "SM veterans" with years of experience in the scene.

Sounds good! How do I get involved?

The best way to start getting invited to things is to come to a munch. Munches are set up to be welcoming and easy for new people to approach. You are also welcome to come to a BBQ, or a class but there will be less focus on getting your questions answered. The third option is to request to meet up with some of us one on one for lunch or coffee. You need to be met by at least two of us in order to get invited to private events.

Yes, believe it or not, there is an organized kink community on Maui. We have a few public and a few private events every month.

We host a munch on the third Saturday of each month. This event is for people to come out and meet the community. A munch is an informal public gathering that is designed to be completely unthreatening and approachable for even the most shy, tentative, or privacy conscious person.

We also have a monthly BBQ that is open to the public. These are social events that are mainly about conversation and catching up with friends. Occasionally there is some light play, but not always.

Our play parties are not posted on the website. We prefer to keep them private and only invite people who we think would be a good fit for the specific party. If you want to come to the parties, you’ll need to come to a social event first so we can make sure you’re not a psycho. Some of the parties are light and friendly with not much nudity or sexual content, while others can get a lot more intense.
