BDSM and the Law in Hawaii

We've been talking about the legal status of BDSM in Hawaii recently and I thought I'd start a thread to see if we could get some definitive answers.

A few things I've found in my research is:

www.ConsentCounts.org - The are trying to decriminalize the laws against BDSM. They expect it to take about 15 years. For the time being, they are asking folks to hold community discussions about consent-the workshop material is located at:

http://www.NCSFreedom.org/ - The National Coalition for Sexual Freedom is a national organization committed to creating a political, legal, and social environment in the United States that advances equal rights of consenting adults who practice forms of alternative sexual expression. NCSF is primarily focused on the rights of consenting adults in the SM-leather-fetish, swing, and polyamory communities, who often face discrimination because of their sexual expression.

They host the famous Kink Aware Professionals list, even have one from Maui.
